Register Candidates Section

All the candidates that walk-in have to create their profile on KTrac. How did the Candidate come to know about Your Company? The candidate can choose from the options specified in the drop box list. If his source is not there in the list then he can enter it in the “Other Source” field.

 

Apart from the details that are accepted from the candidate in the screens the candidate has to also give his resume / CV in word document or PDF or Text file format.  The Candidate can give at least two referrals of Friends seeking placement. Reference’s Name, and either Residence No or Office No or Mobile No or Email Id is compulsory.

 

 

Counselors Section

View their Online Registrations: Gives date wise candidates registered online with facility to view profile

Update their Scores: - Candidates Scores are based on parameters like Ex-tempo, GD, Personality, Communication, Grammar, if applicable, Typing Speed and Accuracy can be updated

 

 

Shortlisting Candidates for Interviews: - The details of the candidates short-listed / sent for interviews to different Clients/Company can be updated.

Send them for Spot Offer: - Candidates scheduled for interviews with clients at another Centre can also be updated.

Print Interview Letters: - It allows printing of interview letters in a standard format across centre.

Search Candidates: - Facilitates, profiling and searching candidates based on parameters like Name, Expected CTC, Total Experience,Qualification, Job Title applied for, Current Industry, Updated Scorces etc.

Update Interview Results: - It helps in updating the results of the candidates who have been for an interview.

 

Report Centre

Detailed reports are also available that provide a break up of candidates that walked-in or were selected from a particular source of awareness, centre etc.

 

 

Walk-Ins can also be analyzed based on their qualification, expericene, salary expectations, industry type etc. Similar analysis of rejections, shortlistings, uploaded resumes can also be done with graphical representation.
